She'll be 3 months old in a week. Does it look like her gums are swollen? She's been drooling and fussy.

Answer

Drooling is a normal digestive milestone at that age. They also go through a developmental leap around that time so fussiness is also normal. I'd say she's just going through normal developmental milestones & not really teething yet.
