I feel so selfish....

My SO and I have been trying for almost a year to try to get pregnant again. We had a miscarriage last November. We've taken a few breaks but I haven't been able to get pregnant.

I feel so bad because along with a few girls I know, my best friend just announced she's pregnant also. We haven't spoke sense because she could tell how upset I was. I'm happy for her but I don't understand how these girls who aren't even trying get pregnant but I have and I still haven't gotten pregnant.
