How long did you wait to have sex after vaginal delivery? Even after your 6 week check up did your doctor ever tell you to wait longer and what was the reason?

I'm wondering if it's has changed down there what has your other half said about how it felt down there is it a drastic change from before if this was your first child I'm scared it's very wide open lol
