IBS!!! 😦😥😷

Anyone with IBS understand just how bad I want to just scream out in pain during my flare ups?!?! I can't though because my husband works early in the morning and I don't want to wake him up, but I legit feel enough pain I could go to a hospital for help and that rare for me! But they can't do anything for it. All I can do is cry right now and throw up because the pain is so great.
