How do I get my groove back? It's been nearly 5 months.. horny but not feeling connected.. he dosen't even try.. what's wrong? Too many issues to discuss.

as soon as I got cleared by my doctor. I've been with my husband for 14 years and our relationship is only grown closer and more Dynamic since we had our son. it sounds like there's more going on with you and you could only fix that by talking to your partner in an open and honest manner

As for intercourse, the moment I was cleared by my doctor, we resumed sexual intercourse. 
Finding your groove once you have baby home can be hard and exhausting. You're learning to be a whole different person and whole different routine. Try talking more with your SO. Communication can truly help get past this. 
The best thing my husband and I did was talk about our wants and needs, sexually and emotionally. We discovered we need to make a regular date night schedule so we can always feel connected. Even if that date night is just dinner and conversation.

Yes he's grown distant since throughout the pregnancy that lead me to think he was cheating.. he denies it but we dispute it from time to time. He is often moody and lacks affection and intimacy. I have addressed multiple times which make him more moody about.. confused as I think he has a mood disorder and is not loyal. In any case, there is surely a problem he refuses to address. Frustrated and soon to move on., but he keeps telling me to be patient. I don't understand what for?
