One huge baby? Two?

Question

This was my ultrasound at 8 weeks and 1 day. To me my baby looks huge and it wasn't until I got home that I noticed on iPhone video of the ultrasound that I saw another location pulsating. The doctor literally looked around for less than a minute so I didn't notice in the room, but now I'm concerned. Anyone have or know someone with a similar experience? 
I am now only 8 weeks and 6 days and had to buy maternity pants today...

It does look like there could be two cuddling together on yours... I know what you mean when they scan you really fast like they can't be arsed 🙄🙄 xxx

the baby dies look big. It also looks like she measured the baby and the yolk sac  though.
