I freaking LOVE going to watch rodeos! My family and I just went to our favorite/ the best one that we go every year! This year's fell a little flat compared to other years, but it was still a damn good rodeo! I love to see all the horses and laugh at the clowns. The hands down best part of this rodeo though is that they have a man parachute in the American flag! After he lands with it a bunch if US military men run out and get old glory off the ground and pull her tight so she is stretched out beautifully and the audience stands and listens to the national anthem and after they ask all military, retired, reserve, veteran, all of them to stay standing and we take a moment of silence to thank them for their service! my grandpa is a Vietnam vet and he stands every year and my family just balls!! We all love him so very much! Thus year down there was tough and sad though. The day before we got down there the town it is held in had a parade and during the parade a beautiful 11 year old girl fell off of a float and got ran o er and sadly passed way. They had donation buckets at the rodeo the night after and my family gave all they could. I have been keeping that family in my thoughts and prayers and if it isn't too much to ask can you please do the same! ❤
