Bleeding at 5 weeks told I "must have had miscarriage" im sorry it's so long but please read can't find anything online

I took 4 home pregnancy tests and they all came back positive each one darker then the last then went to planned parenthood and got a positive test estimated at 5.1 weeks which was 4 days ago then yesterday I was spotting light pink/brown only a little when I wiped. But today it was darker and a lot so I went to the hospital and found out that Im o negative which means if I was pregnant and the planned parenthood test was right that my blood cells were killing off my baby faster then their cells could regenerate😢 I hadn't had an actual docs appointment yet it was scheduled for 2 weeks and I was on vacation when it happened (left for home immediately) so it wasn't even my doctors office and the doctor was a total bitch she came in and was like your blood test came back and you're o negative and your hcg level is at 1 I'm only 19 this is my first time being pregnant I didn't know what that meant and didn't even know I was rh- and she was like you're not pregnant ,based on you saying you were 5 weeks pregnant you must have had a miscarriage but not today because your levels a 1 and I was like how is that possible I just had a positive at planned parenthood a few days ago and she was like well you can go get another right now and it's gonna say negative and at that point I started getting upset she had no compassion whatsoever and I was so confused could I have been further along and had a missed miscarriage or was I even pregnant at all? Was her test wrong? I'm so confused and I have been crying for 12 straight hours and I'm still bleeding but it's definitely not a period someone please help
