Birth control that doesn't mess with hormones???

Question

Are there any effective birth controls out there that don't mess with hormones? I've never ever used birth control so don't really know much about it but would like to get on some since I am done having kids.

No implants, no hormonal birth control. ONLY methods I know of are...

1) not having sex - best way to avoid pregnancy. 
2) Condoms - literally no glove no love, also make sure the right size for him or for you as female condoms are an option. If used right condoms are great ways to prevent STI and Pregnancy. 
3) Spermicide - foam or gel that's placed inside the vagina before sex. 
4) cervical cap or spermicide sponge - both of these cover the cervical opening and the sponge kills sperm on contact 
5) Rythem method and pulling out before the male ejaculated - these methods can ONLY be used short term because well...shit can totally happen

In the end a medication called plan b is always an option :)

The copper iud I know doesn't give off any hormones. I never had it but maybe that's something that wouldn't mess with yours since it doesn't give any off. I would ask your Gyno.
