im having so many different things going on with my body. I had a regular cycle last month and this months was supposed to start on the 13 I only had spotting two days only when I wiped, im nauseous 24/7 literally, my breast hurt, my lower stomach and back hurts a lot all of the time, I started having nose bleeds out of the blue like 2 days ago, EVERYTHING gives me heartburn. I made me a appointment for the Dr just wanted a little advice from someone that has experienced this I had no sickness with my first child so this is all new to me
