just noticed this !!

So I had my anatomy scan a few days ago and I was looking at my ultrasound picture but I have no idea what is there¿!?( about half way up on left hand side seems to be attached to the lining ) ... this is the gender shot and it shows two legs and girl bits ... but it's bugging me to know what that , I guess you could call it ,growth, is?! I would ask doctor but I don't go back for another 5 weeks and would of asked her if I would of noticed it sooner ...
