PCOS or pregnancy?

I have PCOS and I've only stopped taking birth control for about 3 months now so I've only really just begun feeling symptoms as it's currently going without treatment. So my question is, do any of your other PCOS ladies experience achy cramps in your lower abdomen? I'm not sure if this could be a PCOS symptom or maybe even a sign to take a pregnancy test. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thank you :)
