Can I bring my supply back?!

I nursed for the first 7-8 weeks and my milk just dried up. I didn't try very hard at all to get it back so we just started formula. Now my LO is 4mo old and I'm curious if I can get my milk supply back?  Formula is expensive 🤦🏻‍♀️ Anyone have any luck or much appreciated advice to get it back? Thanks!!

Look up relactating on kellymom. You can but it's going to take hard work

I don't know personally how easy or difficult relactation is, but it is possible! I'm sure it differs from one woman to the next. Definitely start pumping and attempting to nurse! Best wishes 💙

Thanks everyone! I do have a pump..and would only get about 3oz at a time when I was still nursing. I'll really buckle down on my week off!
