Can I bring my supply back?!
I nursed for the first 7-8 weeks and my milk just dried up. I didn't try very hard at all to get it back so we just started formula. Now my LO is 4mo old and I'm curious if I can get my milk supply back? Formula is expensive 🤦🏻♀️ Anyone have any luck or much appreciated advice to get it back? Thanks!!
