Having an abscess or cyst in the high upper thigh, inner leg and how to deal with it

Has anyone ever had a cyst orabcess between their legs? Like deep in your inner thigh? If so, should I pop it myself or go to the hospital? The pain is awful. I always noticed signs of it, when it started forming it was just a little lump, but now it's so much more and I don't know what to do. This pain is the death of me 😓 Someone please help and/or recommend something please😭
