Thoughts on nexplanon?

I just got it last Thursday and I'm really interested in what people's experiences have been! So far, for me, so good, except some extreme bruising. Comment below your thoughts!

Had my Nexplanon inserted on February 7th.
I'm currently on day 60 of a never ending period. 
Everyone reacts differently though. You may find that you're one of the lucky women who has zero to no reactions/symptoms to Nexplanon. I'm hoping your experience is one of the better ones.

I used to have really bad cramps before the implant, and never really got them after, BUT my periods became so ridiculously irregular on nexplanon. I got my period on almost my normal day for the first few months, but then I would get my period every other week for about 4 months, and then would go without my period for a couple months, and then get it for 20+ days straight with moderate to heavy bleeding the entire time. After almost a year and a half into it I just couldn't take it anymore, I actually just got it removed today. Sorry if that's not the answer you wanted

My doctor literally won't even give anyone these anymore. Worst mistake of my life. So much pain, blood, tears, and weight gain.
