ABSOLUTELY PETRIFIED

I'm 12 weeks today, had every symptom there is to have and saw the heartbeat at 7weeks, my scan is on Thursday but I'm so scared something has gone wrong.

My first pregnancy was a MMC where I found out at 12 week scan and my second was a miscarriage at 8weeks. I don't know if I can go through it again I want to get excited but I can't ..... sorry for the rant x
