Possibly UTI? Help?

okay so, I had a UTI back in February after my bf and I fooled around a bit. Symptoms went away after antibiotics, and I thought everything was fine. But a few weeks ago, we were messing around, and things started to hurt so we stopped. I went to pee to clean everything out, I even showered just to make sure, but now it feels like I have a UTI again. I'm not sure what it is or what to do, but my bladder hurts when it's empty, and when I pee, it burns. Water helps a ton, and it'll go away for a few hours or days, but then it comes back. what do I do?
