Had an emergency c-section on June 9th and I'm still bleeding. I'm worried because it's heavy and filling up my pad in an hour just about. The blood before was brown but now it's bright red and this is tmi but it's dropping in the toilet ! It can't be my period because I'm breastfeeding exclusively. Is this normal?? No cramping or any clots, just lots of blood. 😫😒😒

I bled for eight weeks. Still, contact your OB and make sure they think it is normal!

It could be healing process.  I bled like this over 6 weeks bright red.  As long as you are not in any adverse pain and your incision looks healthy, you may not need to worry.  I would mention this to the ob/gyn on the visit to be certain.

You can still get you period while your breastfeeding, I'm one of the unlucky ones 😑
I would mention this to your doctor though just in case and rule out any other issues. Good luck!
