Hip pain?

Anyone got hip pain? 
I'm nearly 18 weeks but I've only gained 5lb and don't have much of a "bump" yet. I'm waking up with terrible hip pain. I had it with my daughter but much further on in the pregnancy. I called my private medical today and I'm getting a call back to discuss and see about whether some physio sessions could help.

It's terrible, it's increasingly gotten worse. Can't walk can't put weight on one leg can't shift when seated or reach for things while sitting! Like others say it's terrible some days and others not so much. Sending the good ones your way I totally feel you girl!!

this is my 4th pregnancy 3rd baby my hips off and on will try to pop out it sucks

See a chiropractor for hip pain! I did my whole first pregnancy and it made such a huge difference! 
I've continued seeing one this pregnancy even though I'm exercising too and it helps so much!!!

Sleep on your side with a pillow between your legs 😊

I have had hip pain since 12 weeks. It really helps to rest and not over do anything. Your hips are literally shifting and I am sure that's exactly how it feels too!!!

Yup, wakes me up in the night. I know for me it's due to sleeping on my side and not having a pillow under my knee to keep my leg aligned. My mattress also wasn't giving me enough support, so we bought a new one! So painful!

Yep I had it pretty bad for a couple days...it seems to come and go along with back pain.. doc said totally normal- ligaments are stretching and uterus is pressing down on nerves.  I'm 17+2

This is my first pregnancy and I've been having pretty bad hip pain too! I'm 18 wks today but started getting pain at 10 wks. There's some days where it will be excruciating and it's hard to even walk but then other days where I feel nothing. It just comes and goes and all I can do is tough it out :/

This is my first pregnancy, I will be 18 weeks tomorrow. I've been having bad hip pain, kinda feels like my period cramps. Doctors said it was normal though. Maybe try taking a warm bath? That definitely helped the pain ease.

Yes I've had horrible hip pain! It came along at about 7-8 wks and still have it! Feels like it's out of place. Went to chiro and it's like it got worse!🤔 not sure if it's from rough sex or baby....💁🏼
