ttc after d&c?

hey ladies I had a d&c; on the 12th at 10 weeks pregnant, the baby's heart just stopped . I'm barely spotting now and have no pain. I can't help but feel desperate to get pregnant again.... When did you get pregnant after a d&c;? if you got pregnant right away was it successful? I'm so scared but I'm so broken I know the only way I'm going to feel okay is if I get pregnant again

Looking for answers too. I had found out on the 9th of this month that my baby's heart had stopped at 9 weeks and 3 days. My D&E; was on the 10th. I finally stopped bleeding yesterday but I'm still testing with a pretty dark positive on HCG strips. I'm desperate to start trying again and we've already started dtd. This is the worst thing I've ever experienced!  I've heard your body won't ovulate until your hcg drops back down to 0 though. Good luck to you.
