My 2month has a cold

So I have a 2 month old son he has a cold. He is very congested and has a dry cough also sneezes a lot. I'm a FTM and don't know what to do. I checked his temperature it's between 99.2-101.1 degrees F . Is taking baby in the best thing to do since he's so young? I just don't want anything bad to happen to my baby.
