temping help
ok ladies I have been ttc for over 3 years..I tried temping a few yeads ago,but I stoped Bc I felt as if I didn't know what I was doing.So Can you ladies give me sone advice.When to start ect...Today is cycle day 1 af showed of course.I have ovulation strips as well.Any help I would appreciate it😘
