Membrane stripping
I had this done today at 38+5 today and immediately had cramping and contractions. Decided to go walk around the mall for bout an hour and half and had have had bleeding and spotting since then. I've also been on the exercise ball off and on and plan to continue that but now I'm having contractions about 4 minutes apart but the pain is still bearable but getting more uncomfortable. It's so confusing 😩😣
