Best birth control and why?

Hi guys, I'm going on birth control tomorrow and I have no idea what the go for.. I may not be allowed the combined pill due to health reasons but that is what I originally wanted 😩
I have been on the mini pill before however, I got negative side effects such as acne and low mood however this was a year ago and I have acne treatment so maybe will okay now🤷🏼‍♀️ 
Please help me out! What's your preferred birth control and why?😊

I have Mirena, the 5 year IUD. It's 99.8% effective and you can't fuck it up, so that's always what I recommend

I'm not allowed the combination pill but was on the mini pill, I'm now 8 weeks pregnant!! I suggest if you go on the mini pill you also use condoms or definitely pull out 🤔
