how long did it take you to lose baby weight?

How long did it take you to get to your pre pregnancy weight after birth? Did you work out and eat healthy? Or just lost it?

I worked out and was careful what I ate and slowly lost most of it over the first year. All but 15lbs. My doctor warned me that often smaller women will hold on to 10-15lbs while they breastfeed. It's a survival thing where your bidy stores extra fat source for the babyif you don't have much excess fat. Sure enough, after I stopped nursing the last 15lbs melted off

All my weight just came off after about 2 weeks (I gained 29lbs) Now I'm 9 weeks pp and just have the last 5lbs to lose...and I'm not breastfeeding...eating about 90% healthy....and I've done about 3 workouts so far so hopefully itll come off soon

Forever but I wasn't careful on what I ate & didn't exercise, 3 years ofter my youngest I started eating healthy & exercising & in a year I was back to my normal weight. To be honest you beed to be consistent after having a baby life gets busy & priorities change but you need to take care of yourself. I'm now pregnant with my 3rd & gaining all that weight has been hard for me.

Ughhh I still haven't lost it! 😭😭😭 So discouraging. I got about 10 lbs away from my goal around 12m postpartum, then I got pregnant again so goodbye weight loss for now. I actually gained almost 100lbs during my first pregnancy due to genetics, so I should be glad I lost this much, it's just disappointing.

Ugh. FOREVER!!!! Lost 1/2 pretty soon after had my daughter. But probably a year and 1/2 to get back to "normal"
