Cramping 😩😩
36+5 weeks and having period like cramps all day today 😭 had an appointment this morning and she checked me and I'm 40% thinned but didn't seem to bothered about my cramping just said if I get definite contractions to go to the hospital. Anything I can do to ease the cramps??
