Has anyones membrane sweep worked the first time?

Question

Im 3 1/2 cm dialted and 80% effaced and have been in labor but not active labor, what are my chances that my membrane sweep will work?
Since my membrane sweep i lost my mucus plug and my contractions are getting stronger but not closer together.

I Had Mines Done At 39 Weeks And I Was Dialted 2cm, I Gave Birth The Next Day

I had mine done at 38 weeks 4cm 90%effaced and he was born the next morning

He was born 6:42am 7 pounds 7ozs 20 inches long 30 minutes of pushing no epidural or any pain meds due to running out of time, doctor broke my water I went from 5cm to 10cm within 20 minutes.

With my first I had it done at 39+3 and 2cm, my waters broke at 39+5. She was born on her due date at exactly 40 weeks. But my second I never dilated enough on my own to be able to have it done. I was induced at 39+4 and never went past 1cm until they gave me the balloon catheter that got me to 2cm but then they broke my waters as part of the induction process.

Nope 😩 had one last week at 38+4. Was sore all day but didn't cause any real contractions... just Braxton hicks which I have had all day every day for months anyways. I was 1cm, posterior, and super soft according to my midwife. Did lose my mucus plug Sunday morning... but still nothing. Will have another sweep on Thursday and hoping that does the trick! 🤞
