I was diagnosed with PCOS several years ago and have very irregular periods..my doctor gave me Medroxyprogesterone to either force a period or ovulation. The day after finishing that prescription I got AF.

Now I'm kind of frustrated because I can't tell if I've ovulated or not and my temperatures seem really off.

I've been consistent in charting my temps..have I ovulated yet?
