Estradiol pregnancies???

Question

Anyone get pregnant with estradiol? My doctor prescribed it to me because I am ttc and have been having a period every other week with no ovulation. I have only been taking it for 3 days and had an LH surge today! So it's got me a little excited lol.

I don't know if that medicine will give a false positive for OPKs or not, maybe check into it.? 
I'm really interested in the estradiol tho. I was having the same thing, a super light period every two weeks and no ovulation. I tried letrozole and it made my whole cycle regular, but I bet I wasn't producing enough estrogen. I also have PCOS and a lot of the symptoms that go with it. I wonder if an estrogen replacement would help with those symptoms later when we aren't TTC...
