Sleeping problems
Lately Idk what it is but I'm struggling to sleep. I barely sleep at night and its been like this for about two weeks now. To make it worse I will sleep in until 2 in the afternoon. I have tried getting up at 7am and staying up for the day for a few days and I still had trouble sleeping. I have tried sleeping teas and nothing. Also I have been having crazy migraines. I'm taking vitamins also. Anyone know what it can possibly be?
