My boyfriend is mad at me

Tonight after work, I got off my bus at my regular stop. Some woman got off the bus too and was clearly very drunk and had no phone on her. She was around the same age as me and she looked lost . I asked her if she knew were she was going and she said she thought she got off at the wrong stop. So I asked her if she had the address. I tried to pull it up on google maps but it wasn't working so I let her use my phone to call the person she was meeting and then he explained where she needed to go. She had no idea as this neighbourhood isn't where she is from so I walked her to where she needed to go which was about 5 blocks away and made sure she got in okay. Before I walked home. My boyfriend is mad because he said it could have Been a trap and that could have ended badly and that I had no idea what could have been waiting for me there. I understand where he is coming from , but I've been sexually assaulted before, and even though this is a pretty decent neighbourhood I couldn't let another woman walk alone, with no phone, and no sense of direction ... especially when she is drunk. She was very vulnerable and an easy target for some creep and I wasn't about to let that happen even if the chance was slim. It put my mind at ease knowing she got where she needed to go safely. My boyfriend is so mad because I put someone else's safety before my own. He won't even talk to me right now but I'm not even mad because I know I did the right thing. I feel good about what I did.
