Miscarriage or Period
Can someone help me by telling me the different symptoms of a miscarriage. I can't tell if this is my period or not, no I have not taken a pregnancy test prior because thought nothing of it. I did pass a HUGE (bigger than I have ever had) clot a few hours ago. Please only nice comments and helpful advise thanks
