I used to fake orgasms with my ex because I felt so bad that I could never get off. With my current boyfriend I no longer fake it and instead I "coach him" if you will on what to do or how to touch me. He's more than willing to give foreplay so he's okay with spending lots of time down there working on me. For me I believe I was my own worst enemy. I went so long without being able to get off that I was stressed out and worried about it- I was all in my head.
