Never knew I was wearing the wrong size pad, hmmm....I ship it. Size 5 does well for me, I'm no longer experiencing ruining my underwear since I found my size which is xl/size 5 (I wear a size 8 in underwear my hips are in the 40s range 😋) I love always pads 😉 size 4 does not cut it for me anymore since 5 has extra length in the back for girls who have their period blood leak through the back of their panties. Just sharing some info ☺️.

P.S I'm on my period now so I'm going through a bit of a brain fart 😂😂
