Some things online say you need to have sperm already inside before ovulation. So trying to BD the day before you're scheduled to ovulate may help you avoid the painful part?

me and my boyfriend fuck every day at least 3 times a day ovulating or not cycles or not. try that or once a day.he has to finish inside every time. try it it worked for us after 3 months of trying this pattern
