31w & virus??

Question

The past few days my stomach cramps up. I feel like I have a virus but it goes away and then comes after I eat. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I had this last week I was 31weeks ended up in hospital 2days couldn't stop throwing up and diarrhea ended up getting 7bags of IV fluids.I had really bad cramping on my right side I had to have  MRI to rule out gallbladder or appendicitis Still not 100% but way better than I was just really exhausted .

I. 30 weeks.. for past one day I am having cramp on my right lower abdomen.. I don't know why.. hope it's not labor.
