Eating healthy
I know when your carrying you should do your best to eat as healthy as possible. I struggle to eat fruit and veg not through the want of trying I have tried to eat them but the only things I can eat are carrot and apples. I take pregnacare max but are there any other supplements I can take to ensure baby is getting what it needs? My diet is very basic, meat, fish and rice, pasta or potatoes.
