30 weeks, upper abdomen pains
Today I have felt nothing but extreme tightening pain in my upper abdomen. It is my first pregnancy, not sure if it's RLP or not. With that pain I get some lower back pain as well and it's hard to breathe when this happens! Any suggestions to what it could be and anything that could help if?
