so i've been with this guy for almost a year now, were very sexually active but the past few months our sex has gotten more and more rough. he's mentioned how he's been really into slight bdsm and rough sex lately which is completely fine with me, it's nothing too extreme and i do enjoy it. but sometimes i miss the steamy passionate sex we used to have. i know he's really into this newer style we've been doing but i'm not sure how to talk him into taking it slower and making things a little more steamy again without him thinking i'm just not into the same things he is 🙈 i recently tried to get a massage candle thinking if initiate a more romantic/steamy interaction then maybe the sex will also be rather romantic/steamy, but once it came time for sex he instantly got straight into it once again. anyone have any advice as to how i can bring this up? 🙈🙈
