Restraining order

So to cut a long story short.. I was in a domestic relationship which ended a couple of years ago, I have had two restraining orders and he has also been to prison twice now. He's not safe to be near me or my daughter and she doesn't remember who he is as she was so young. On the restraining order it says that child contact must be via solicitors or a mutuality agreed third party... So does this mean he can't just come out of prison and take her?
