Butt Acne

I get disgusting pimples all over my butt and it's my biggest insecurity 😔 I shower every day and even when I eat healthy it doesn't go away. I feel so self conscious when I have sex with my boyfriend because I just feel like I'm not sexy at all, even though he says it doesn't bother him.

How can I get rid of it? As fast as possible?
