Crystal Light Packets?

I'm struggling to drink enough water, I've never been a big water drinker. I hate water with fruit in it. I can tolerate crystal light in my water ..... is that ok to drink?

Try la croix.
It has bubbles and is a life saver.

There's nothing wrong with aspartame. People get bent over it and there absolutely no scientific proof it's harmful, in fact, there's much evidence to the contrary. 
Want Crystal Light? Go right ahead. I actually prefer the original version of Wyler's brand lemonade packets, better pucker :)

I personally try to avoid aspartame, which crystal light contains. I use True Lemon or fresh fruit.

get the crystal light drink mix liquid. it doesn't have aspertame in it and they have good flavors. or try Gatorade and add extra water to it so it's not too flavored

Exactly what Alyssa said, avoid the artificial sweeteners. Get an infusion water bottle, that really saved me having berries or citrus in my water! Or sparkling water, like la Croix :)

I have the same issue. I use propel packets and I water down Powerade

Just try and find ones that have little or no caffeine in them. I struggle with water also. I'm 21 weeks now and still struggle with water intake. I was drinking crystal light with mine but didn't realize caffeine was EXTREMELY high. So if you do just check the caffeine in it.
