I had positive opk earlier today, and now this when I wiped after I pee. Is it possible to bleed from ovulating? I've never had this before.

yes!  I had horribly strong ovulation pains and a positive OPK with spotting, looked exactly like this, maybe even a bit more.  the next morning it was gone, and pain was gone!  good luck! Ovulation spotting is actually a great sign that one (or multiple ) eggs were released!
