Any success stories with clomid and trigger shots?

On second round of clomid (100mg for 5 days) - first round we fell pregnant but had a miscarriage at 11 weeks, this is my first cycle since the miscarriage. I was given a second round of clomid (same days and same dosage as last time) but for some reason my follicles took longer to mature, my original gyno wrote the cycle off so I went to a specialist who confirmed there was a follicle that was still growing and I would just ovulate later and gave me a trigger shot yesterday. Not feeling convinced this cycle will be successful even though we've had to do a lot more that when we first conceived :(. Looking for some positive stories
