bleeding??? HELPPPP

I took a plan b around a week ago and today my boyfriend and I had sex (with protection) and when I went to the washroom and wiped, I saw pinkish/brownish discharge. when I wiped again, there were spots of reddish brown blood. what could this mean? am I pregnant? please help I'm really scared :(

Could have been too rough? Plan B causes lots of hormones and in turn from that our insides and outsides are more sensitive. I've taken it twice and never had that before. But the first time I took it I started my period exactly a week after I took the pill, so your period could be starting too.
