The new Maybelline master highlight is incredibly blinding. Also, you can get great pigmentation using your finger

I've been using the elf highlighter

Use a liquid highlighter or setting spray before applying a powder highlighter on top 😊💕

Trick I learned.. put on clear chapstick to the spots before you highlight then put highlight on top... it works amazing
