Pieces of mucus plug?

Question

I'm 37 weeks & 4 days pregnant. I'm 1cm dilated & 80% effaced as of yesterday. Doctor did a membrane sweep & today I've had tons of mucus-like discharge when I wipe. Is this pieces of my mucus plug? I've felt crampy all day, inconsistent contractions, and had a loose bowel movement earlier. Signs that labor is near?!

That's what it looks like. Labor is very unpredictable though....you could go into labor soon or it still could be days or weeks. Hope it happens soon!

I lost my musac plus almost 2 weeks before giving birth. it is close those!!
