Cramps! HELP?!

Best ways to relive period cramps? I'm 14

Get a bottle of hot water then put it on your cramps .

Warm shower and bath.  Jacuzzi (although they take so long to clean when period blood gets in the motor).  Ginger cinnamon and turmeric tea.  Anything warm to drink.  I prefer Roselle tea. Heating pads.  Cold compressor.  A well applied self stomach massage with some lotion and maybe a little lavender to smell. Vacuum exercise.  Ibuprofen or Tylenol if you don't have time. Personally I find sucking in a breath for as long as I can comfy,  but I've been told that it's just me. Good luck with school. I use Advil during school days.

Well I don't like to relive them, but I do like to relieve them😉 just use some Aleve. It's always helped me. Some say heating pads or a warm bath also helps.
