I need protien. Help!
it's been weeks since i have eaten normally...to be expected in this stage. we make 9 weeks today! but at this point in becoming concerned, I have an aversion to everything. especially meat!! and almost all veggies. my diet is so out of whack. the only saving grace is my prenatal vitamins. I'm scouring the internet for safe protien shakes, or simple protien rich foods that I can possibly stomach. I'm not a super crunchy hippy but I've been enlightened more and more the past year and I'm trying to be careful to what I expose this new baby to. do anyone have any suggestions?? I'm feel very nutritionally starved and want to get back in good h ealth. Thank yall
