There's this guy who's been my best friend for a year and for 9 months out of that year we were kinda together unofficially and we had sex but after we had sex my friend found out who hates the guy and a lot of people threatened the guy n said thst I asked them too and that I said he raped me which isn't true me and the guy sorted it out kind of and I still like him but we don't really talk anymore I think because he is scared of getting harassed again which I don't want. But there's certain stuff he does that makes me think he's into me and idk if I'm just being stupid or not. I'll list out the things csn somebody tell me their opinion on it please xx

1. Whenever we're together drinking he always gives me his drink anyone else he doesn't but me he lets me have the whole thing

2. If he has weed he makes everyone pay if they want a joint or whatever but he just hands me it without me asking

3. He doesn't like drinking at his house but if I ask him does he hav drink he's like I don't like to drink here but if you want we can

4. He always stares at my tits and play fights with me example I get annoyed easily n he does it to tease me

5. If he talks about a girl when I'm around he makes sure to say he doesn't like her or he hasn't got with her

6. If any guy tries stuff with me or someone upsets me and he finds out he texts them to stop

7. When I'm upset even though we ain't friends he still insists on helping

8. He always tries make me jealous

These might be stupid things that mean nothing but I'm just so confused
